Files must be comma delimited with no more than 8 lines including the barcode field. The data must be closed either up or down, however the barcode must remain fixed, consistently in the same field. An Endorsement Line is requested for easier sortation. We also request that the Sack#/Pack# or Sequential Record Number be on the output. All paperwork & bag tags or tray tags must accompany the mail file. Below is a sample layout:
